Is one day in Barcelona enough?
For a first impression, yes — this route gives you the cathedral, the park, the old city and the market. For the city itself, no. Most people leave planning to come back, which is the correct response.
How do I get between these stops?
The metro, which is cheap, frequent and connects all four. A multi-journey ticket costs far less than singles. Between the cathedral and the market you should walk — that stretch is the point.
